Last date of submission of application forms:	20th May 2011
From fee:	Rs.500/-(by post by sending DD of Rs.600/-)
KAIET 2011 Entrance Test Fees:	Rs.1000/-

Examination Centers KAIET 2011-Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur Ahmedabad, Surat, Indore, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Cochin and Karad.

Eligibility Criteria:
1.Candidate must be 17 years on or before 31/12/2011
2.Candidate must have passed Std XII (HSC or equivalent) with physics, chemistry & biology with minimum 50% marks (for MBBS & BDS only) & English.
3.Candidates appearing at Std. XII or equivalent examination in March 2011 shall also be eligible to appear for KAIET 2011 however the candidate must fulfill the eligibility conditions before counseling.

Duly filled application should be submitted at the University Office in person or by registered post.

(a) From University office or (b) By post / Courier by sending a DD of Rs.600 /-
(All DD should be drawn, in favor of “Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences University” payable at Karad.)
